Full Overhaul
Long-Bench Mechanical Overhaul
Full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, gasket replacement, regulation, and reassembly — each step photographed and recorded. Any parts needed are sourced from established suppliers and priced in advance, so you stay informed and in control.

How long does a battery service typically take?
Most battery services are completed within the same visit or the same day. If the case-back threads or gasket raise any concerns, we'll mention it before completing the work. Complicated or vintage cases may need a little more time.
What watches do you accept for the full mechanical overhaul?
We work on a broad range of mechanical watches — from everyday wearers to collector pieces. At drop-off we assess the condition and let you know if there are any aspects we cannot address in-house. We prefer a brief conversation before accepting very high-value or very rare movements.
How is the overhaul priced if parts are needed?
The RM 4,450 overhaul price covers labour, cleaning, and standard consumables. If worn or damaged parts need replacing, we source them from established suppliers and share the cost with you before ordering. You can approve, pause, or decline any additional parts — the decision is entirely yours.
Can I receive photographs of the work in progress?
Yes. For overhauls and seal services, photographs of key stages can be sent to you on request — particularly useful if you want a record of gasket condition or the movement's state before and after cleaning. Please let us know at drop-off or via email.
Does bracelet refinishing affect the original finish permanently?
We work carefully to follow the original surface direction — brushed areas stay brushed, polished areas stay polished. Light refinishing removes surface marks without taking away the character of the bracelet. If you prefer to keep scuffs as-is, we're happy to limit work to re-sizing only.
